Do you ever get sick of eating your favorite meal? Well that was me with this frozen penne dish and I lost track of how many times I’ve made it because it’s tasty, a bit spicy and super EASY!! Easy as in takes under 15 minutes, however after eating it so many times I began to add components to recreate a healthier version of it! What I have come up with adds more color, flavor and most importantly veggies to an already high carb meal. Below are instructions on just how I like to make the Penne dish, of course if you don’t like what I add replace it with something else or add more if you're feeling bold! This recipe is very flexible and it is also vegan, whether you are vegan or not I urge you to get cooking on this baby because it beats boiling noodles and sauce on your own! This pasta dish alone has a bit of a kick so if you're sensitive to spice go light with the pepper, but if you love an extra kick add a bit more pepper to kick it up a notch!
