My Go-To Smoothie

I’ve been drinking this smoothie for quite some time, and have shared what I put in it on Instagram, but I thought it was finally time to share the exact measurements so you could perfect it! I love this smoothie because it’s extremely easy to make and is not time consuming either, which is great if you're like me and always in a hurry and eating on the go and or running late. A great on-the-go eat, I enjoy making this smoothie for breakfast to start my day or after the gym! If you choose to incorporate this smoothie after a workout feel free to add in your favorite protein powder but be mindful that it could alter the taste and color of it. Also a little disclaimer my blender does not do a great job of breaking down frozen fruit so I often will cut them into small chunks before throwing it in there, this is optional of course. So without further a du here are the tasty ingredients:

 

 

  • 1 Whole Banana Frozen

  • 1 Cup of Organic Frozen Peaches or 6 slices cut into chunks

  • 1 Cup of Organic Frozen Strawberries cut into chunks 

  • 2 Tablespoons of Organic Blue Agave Sweetener 

  • 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Coconut Milk 

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
